In case you missed my Insta post today, you HAVE to check out this sweatshirt. I am a sucker for soft, comfy and cute and this one checks all three. I hope you all had a great Friday and cheers to the weekend!!
I just put together a very basic and casual look that anyone can achieve for this somewhat chilly Friday in Denver. I just paired black leggings with a simple pink tee from Express and a scarf that I found at Nordstrom Rack. I wore it with Cheetah print Sperry’s but you could easily wear it with Converse, Vans, or any other cute shoes you may have in your closet!
If you are looking for a new cute pair of gold hoop earrings, you should definitely get the pair below for only $7.78!
I cannot believe how close St. Patrick’s Day is. Denver is celebrating an entire week before the holiday since the actual day is next Friday. Green beer, lucky charms, Irish car bombs, fun in the sun, etc. is just a few short days away. If you don’t have something green to wear, you better start shopping so that you don’t get pinched 😀
This is one of my favorite holidays to celebrate (this year may be a bit different having a six-month old, haha) but if you need some outfit inspiration check out my look- sorry my dog, Paisley is not a look you can shop for from my blog 😉 I pair anything green with gold for this holiday, and there are plenty of basic green tee’s similar to this one that you can find. I found my necklace at White House Black Market, but unfortunately it’s no longer available. I have also had luck finding cute statement necklaces at Express.
As many of you know, fun sleeves are all the rage! I picked up this cute number last week and absolutely love the bright colors and fun sleeve detail!
This can be dressed up or down and can also make for a great professional look if needed. This also comes in a variety of other clothing types like a dress, scarf, etc. This shirt I couldn’t find online but there were plenty on the rack in the store. Check it out!

So Denver went from 70 degrees yesterday to 30 degrees and snow today! Ah! This bipolar weather has my closet confused with spring wear and winter wear. Luckily I haven’t put away my winter wardrobe quite yet as I anticipated more snow through February and March. I have a ton of errands to run today between groceries, returns, etc. and put together a casual outfit with a fun black vest to keep me warm while running around town today.
I am one that loves layers. This sweatshirt is so cute and can be dressed up or down as I often wear this to workout in. Paired with the vest, it makes this an easy outfit to throw on to go run errands or grab lunch with a friend. I added a pop of color to the outfit with a pink lipstick and gold and pink earrings- I’ve got my heart set on Spring! You can totally wear this with other athletic shoes or boots, but because its so cold here, I decided on Uggs for comfort and warmth.
What is your idea of an easy, put-together outfit?

I love a simple outfit that anyone can put together with the wardrobe they already have. No need to go out and shop to get this look! A basic white tee paired with dark jeans and white converse. You could really wear any tennies you have in your closet- sometimes I like to add fun, colorful shoes to this look. It’s a perfect outfit for a day spent at the mall. This is Brooklyn’s fav outfit so she wanted to wear it too 😉
It is February and over 60 degrees here in Denver, CO. I am absolutely loving this warm weather, but I know it is just a tease before we get some major snow storms come March. It’s warm enough out today that I can wear this cute, colorful, billowy top without having to layer with a jacket, but it also layers cute for those colder days. A gal I used to work with started a fabulous fashion truck in Denver called the Street Boutique and that is where I found this gem of a shirt. They change out their inventory frequently so you wouldn’t be able to find this top, but you should check out their Instagram account (Denverstreetboutique) and follow them to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and the cutest boutique-y and unique outfits.
I absolutely love these fun fitness leggings with the bright and colorful workout top. Even though they are ‘workout’ clothes, they are comfortable and certainly cute enough to wear out and about on an everyday basis. This is my new favorite fitness line, not to mention, I love Carrie Underwood haha! Check out her stuff, sold at Dick’s Sporting Goods stores!
Here is a closeup to see how cute the detail is at the bottom of these leggings:

Camera man is off today- so it resulted in a selfie of my outfit 🙂 I’m feeling a bit under the weather today, so I wanted my outfit to bring some brightness to my day while still being comfortable. If you can’t tell by my closet and other posts, pink is my favorite color which is why I love this sweatshirt. It also comes in a variety of fun, vibrant colors. You will start noticing that I wear Vans and Converse a LOT (as does my four-month old). And these pants I wear maybe a little too much (my husband calls them my ‘uniform’ haha). I love to workout in them and they are also great loungewear!
I am always looking for an outfit that is casual and comfy, yet cute. Sunday’s tend to be my day for errands and I don’t always feel like getting super done up, but also don’t want to look like I’m homeless- boy is that a fine line. Leggings are definitely a go-to for me. I am still working to get my pre-baby body back so majority of my jeans are super tight and uncomfortable whereas my leggings… they always fit 🙂 This specific pair of leggings has a wide waist-band and fit so well! They run true to size and are also sold at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack- I wear a small in Hue leggings.
Non-hooded sweatshirts are my jam right now, or ‘funnel-necks’ as they call them. They are sold all over the place, but if you want to shop my look for the sweatshirt you can do so. It is baggy enough to be comfortable, but tight enough to be feminine. You could also pair this outfit with a cute vest if its a bit chillier out, or if you just want a different look.
If you are digging the leopard print shoes, you can find them at a variety of places but unfortunately they are no longer selling them at Zappos, which is where I found them.
