Jump roping for a healthy heart!

Not everyone has a gym to workout at, but there are plenty of things you can do at home to get your exercise in. With the weather being absolutely beautiful in Denver today and with my daughter taking a nap in her crib, I decided against a run today and went for jump roping instead. I actually used to compete competitively on a jump rope team way back in elementary school, but I still got it 😉 I couldn’t jump rope as long as I could then, but I sure did get my heart rate going this morning. Just a fun option other than running for some an home workout!
